1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Products must be
returned within 7 days of purchase
- Items must be
unused and in original condition with packaging
- Proof of purchase
(order number) is required
- Products damaged
due to misuse are not eligible for refund
- Seeds and saplings
with sprouted growth are not eligible for refund
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Fertilizers, pesticides,
and consumable products
- Custom orders and
personalized items
- Clearance or discounted
items (unless defective)
- Items purchased during
special promotions
3. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your Mini Farming account
- Navigate to "My Orders" and select the order
- Click "Request Refund" and fill the return form
- Provide reason for return and attach photos if needed
- Print the return shipping label from your account
- Pack items securely and ship to our warehouse
4. Shipping & Return Costs
Return Shipping: For defective or damaged products, we provide a
prepaid return label. For other returns, customers may need to cover return shipping
costs (₹100-300 depending on location).
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds
will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 48
hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of
the damage
- We will arrange
replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be
covered by us
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Items show signs of wear or use
- Original packaging is damaged or missing
