At Mini Farming, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund within 7 days of your order.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refund
  • Seeds and saplings with sprouted growth are not eligible for refund

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Fertilizers, pesticides, and consumable products
  • Custom orders and personalized items
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Items purchased during special promotions

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your Mini Farming account
  2. Navigate to "My Orders" and select the order
  3. Click "Request Refund" and fill the return form
  4. Provide reason for return and attach photos if needed
  5. Print the return shipping label from your account
  6. Pack items securely and ship to our warehouse

4. Shipping & Return Costs

Return Shipping: For defective or damaged products, we provide a prepaid return label. For other returns, customers may need to cover return shipping costs (₹100-300 depending on location).

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage
  • We will arrange replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Items show signs of wear or use
  • Original packaging is damaged or missing
  • Product value has decreased due to usage
